English must passed to get spm cert???

As we all know... english has been very important for evryone to learn and we have to engaged ourself by hook or crook to improve it.. perhaps reading newspaper, speak more, read storybooks " i dont read " haha.... and more.. however, during my years of learning english in school, i still cant gauge well in grammar... i admit it rite now.... lol.... i am sux at it seriously... the teachers at gov school couldnt even bothered to teach us grammar.... damn it.... and year by year we just ignored it and wrote essays and stuff in broken english.. so just dont care bout it...
in my opinion, english in malaysia can be improve by
1. spending more money on education
2. import more teachers from US, UK, singapore... we need more teachers lah that is reliable and know what they are teaching they themselves!!!! malaysia need to invest if want to overcome shortage of teachers! not only in rural.. urban too...
3. proper teaching materials n modules n BOOKS!!! can get from our neighbour country singapore.. they hv the best books for english.... zzz.... what a lame excuse...
nvm then.. let us fall behind for another 20 years then we will see what happens.... evrything is so left behind... improve all this and let the politics be the second pirioty.... oh plz... if not pkr would take over the next general election... even the youngs one can think better than the adult... let our new 1 malaysia be enforced asap... all treated fairly no matter race, religion, menteris, bukan menteri... malay n non malay can get same treament in term of....
this weekend not working.... sienz... last weekend i was working with nescafe.... hohoho... pretty enjoy it but at the same time quite tired..... gosh.. 1 week passed.... doing nth again... looking forward to go back aimst....
